Anti-Allergy Eating habits on Dr. Ounces Show

Today’s (April 13, 2012) show had been all about health misguided beliefs and food allergic reaction. Food allergies is able to keep you from losing weight, yet what can you do about this if you have food hypersensitivity? Dr. Mark Hyman was Dr. Oz’s guest right now to share with you his 3 week anti-allergy diet.

A new guest from the audience (named Debbie) located the stage to talk about your ex allergy problems. She explained to Dr. Oz that she could only drop 10-12 pounds and she would hit a plateau. Soon she would get frustrated and would get all the weight returning. Not only that, she informed Dr. Oz she experiences fatigue and headaches as well.
Week #1 Connected with Anti-Allergy Diet - Get rid of Dairy Foods

Remove just about all dairy from your family. If dairy is part of one's problem with allergies this will likely give your body a chance to recast. Try drinking organic almond whole milk instead of dairy dairy. Almond milk is very good in your case. It contains healthy extra fat and proteins. It has a different taste, however Dr. Oz stated that he actually wants it better. Also replace butter using olive oil in your meals.
Week #2 - Probiotics

Full week #2 is the time to repair the stomach. Probiotics provide healthful bacteria so the curing can begin. During this week it is best to take it in supplement type. Pill or powder is alright. Foods containing probiotics are fantastic but you may not determine it contains enough for virtually any health benefits. During the anti-allergy eating habits three week strategy stick with probiotics in complement form.
Week Several - Reboot The body

Slowly add the dairy that you removed one food during a period. Keep a journal to consider how you are feeling of course, if any symptoms come back. If you notice that you think more healthy without a certain food, remove it from your diet.

Following the 3 Week Allergy or intolerance Diet you may have a much better idea if you have some sort of food allergy. If you think you have food allergies, you can have a blood test done at your doctors workplace. Dr. Hyman said that when his patients discovered their food hypersensitivity they lost the weight that they couldn’t take off. He perhaps said that some misplaced 10 pounds in one full week!
