Physician Oz says to assess the health of your feces, you should use the Bristol Stool Chart.
If your amounts are;

1-3- You probably have got constipation. Your bar stool comes out in distinct lumps and you don’t get every day.
4-5-This is the perfect stools. It’s smooth and the correct shade.
6-7-This is the watery stool that contains not much shape. (Diarrhea)

Yvette told Dr Oz that she was a 4-5, although recently her a stool has been runny, which put her at a been 6-7.
Dr Oz: Runny Feces vs. Hard Feces

For runny poop, when water goes into the colon, it's supposed to get sucked out, but doesn’t because it’s going through so quickly. This really is caused by artificial sweeteners, allergies, sickness etc… When this happens, you may not be getting enough fiber content.

For harder stools, water is going through the colon with a slow pace simply because you didn’t drink enough mineral water. You also may not have experienced enough fiber, therefore, the poop sits all around and then eventually happens in clumps.
Psyllium Fiber Dosage

The normal solution for dripping and hard poop will be fiber. Dr Oz says you have access to 25 grams per day. The average American will get only 10-15 g associated with fiber per day.

To be able to eat 25 g of fiber, you would need to consume one of the right after;

10 oranges
Half-dozen baked sweet potatoes
12 slices whole wheat loaf of bread
Dr Oz: Metamucil Dosage
